Cheap Sleep Furniture and Mattress Return Policy

To receive a full refund, all items must meet the following requirements:

  1. Like-new condition – Unused, undamaged, and free of stains, odors, or signs of wear.

  2. Complete packaging – All original accessories, parts, and packaging must be included (unless removed during delivery/assembly).

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 48 hours after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Non-Returnable Items:
Final sale, clearance, special orders, and customized/personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Damage or defects must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
